W3 -- I think we're talking at least months. We know how this all goes -- an initial filing is just a start. There will be months of back and forth, agreement (perhaps with the courts prodding) on the scope and limits to be applied to the questioning, and then written declarations, and then finally some sort of oral deposition...

We've seen this before. It takes a painful, long, slow process. And if the D&Os want to drag it out, they can.

It is important for folks to realize that the suit is VERY targeted, just on the "downstreaming" of the $500m. You can bet that the depositions are going to be laser-focused on just that item. The respondents do not have any legal responsibility, nor do the plaintiffs have any legal right, to go outside of that.
