that all may be true, but play institutional stock buyer for a minute and look at XXII from the outside. you're looking at a stock that's lost 2/3 of it's market cap in a few months, has virtually no existing revenue and maintains a weak p.r. effort. would your boss want you to put their money at risk here now? even an announced deal or two would only signify potential revenue, then you'd have to factor in execution capabilities, competition reaction, etc. I think you'd be looking at a long term play, no rush to get in here. Thinking this is going to quadruple in 8 weeks, ala Chardan, is delusional, there must be a back story to their opinion.
