I have no idea why the release dates were when they were, but the company hasn't cared 1 bit about the share price.
Think of YA as bridge financing, probably to get past IR legal affairs and some other items. Also, probably enough to assemble the Andrews Inventiv team and discuss with FDA the IND framework.. The 15 mil accelerator is written in Andrews agreement as well. These recent 8-k tell me indeed the IND will move forward and the money is a lock.
Preferred shares: iMO this will be a means to control. The new influx of capital, 15+ mil is not coming in to quickly flip. More likely they are coming in to control this technology and see the INDs thru completion.
Notice the responsibility to advise in putting the company on a higher exchange... And one form of payment is to control 10% of equity???
Serious money and players. Hence the 30, 50, 80 mil block buys..
This will happen much quicker than some think... The IND must move forward soon.... IMO,
