Yes, it looks good but there is a problem. It seems that the bio is written in Autumn 2013. There are two hints about this. Later in the page other person writes:

Locks, David
Married 38 years, as of 8/15/2013 to Fran
---------

So that one was written in 2013. Even better indication comes from Les' own story:

Retired from my partnership 2 years ago to help a friend bring to market a new drug...
---------

Les joined the company in 2011 so two years later is 2013.

This doesn't mean that it is not good news in general but on the other hand it makes the entire story to sound quite different, doesn't it.
