Doesn't justify the claim of 95% of the water to run the grow op will come from rain. I will stick with that being another FITX wild claim with no substance and not realistic. They don't have these facilities at this point and they have no idea about such claims. They are just wild talk. I'm just being real and truthful. Bills has claimed this state of the art grow op and the more we learn about the actual site the more we see that is an outrageous false claim.
