Like all investors, I'm excited to hear that real progress is coming. Like all investors, Ive heard the same story announced every month since 2010. The SMME stock certificates that are stuck to the walls of my backyard dunny are still retrievable should the stock ever trade above $0.30... I sincerely hope this is the end of the Trial nonsense. Surely commonsense tells you that if you dont produce anything, its pretty hard to claim damages. Its no different to me holding a patent for a camera that can also take phone calls... I could have registered that idea in 1980, but would not consider litigating APPLE or NOKIA unless I had a device on the shelves that had clearly been copied. Come on SMME management...please focus on delivering a product to the market before someone else's technology beats us to it.
