I spoke to a lady in one of our copy rooms several weeks ago and she was telling me that she lost her PC in a storm and I wondered why she moved to an apartment and she told me that she was getting divorced. So she was distraught at the time and didn't have any money in her budget for a PC. Something on the low-end that would allow her to do email, banking and other transactions and some work from home that's really, really cheap should work for her.

Is this the thing? Maybe. Maybe not. Maybe it will be a USB PC stick or a Zotac Pico but these really cheap PCs will enable many people to run Windows on a budget and these devices may well be more usable than their ARM tablet competitors.
