Everyone but Jeff Phillips on the Dimension/etc side, had the company attorney just tell tmm "hey, we're served", so no need for process servers to chase anybody around. How do I know? I can read. Go to the court site and look at the record, there are only two process service entries from last year.
04/05/2013 - Acceptance of Service
04/11/2013 - Proof of Service. Return of Proof of Service of Complaint on Jeffrey R. Phillips
But so far I don't see any notations on the court site saying tmm did the same thing now that THEY ARE BEING SUED!!! So, I am making a short leap to the assumption that THEY ARE ALL BEING CHASED BY PROCESS SERVERS!!! It has to be one or the other.
