I understand that Viopharma bought OX1 for FA. If you read the PR from June 20 2013, Intellect states that Viopharma was going to initiate phase 2 trials...not another phase 1. I believe phase 1 trials are pretty much used to make sure that the drug is safe. Phase 1 was done and deemed to be safe already by Intellect. It is very odd that another phase 1 trial was done again...also it is odd that they extended this trial. The trial was originally supposed to wrap up in June. GLTY
