Integrity? Seems he left the Tarpon deal undisclosed by an 8K. I came upon it while studying the filings. Were you aware of the judgment against BlueFire prior to me posting it on this board?

A man of integrity would have some concern for loyal share holders and let them know about such a thing. Besides, I would think a judgment against BlueFire would be a material event, necessitating an 8K. In the filings it isn't even shown as part of any legal proceedings, like the issue of warrants that were litigated shown under that heading of the 10Q's and 10K.

Call me a cynic, but I always check the filings, no matter what the CEO puts in a PR. CEO's talk like politicians. You only think you know what they are saying. This man of integrity is drawing a salary of $225,000 a year and has been for at least 8 years. Add it up. How much has he earned? And for all that, they are about to lose DOE funding for the Fulton Project, because they did not file timely reports. Sounds like the Hog is getting Fat & Lazy at the trough.

Be careful here spidaman. With Tarpon in the mix, this could all come tumbling down in a hurry. I've seen it more than once.
Good Luck.
