This isn't rocket science. Here in Nevada, a CounterClaim is a Counter Suit. Everyone, all 9, that are listed on the Dimension documents are BEING INDIVIDUALLY SUED!!! That means they have to be served, or if they authorize the company lawyer to accept for them then they are served. If you look on the court record you'd see that everyone tmm sued except for Phillips had the company attorney accept service.

Hence, either all 9, including tmm and dfi, have been served or will be served. The court record will reflect it at some point. If you think they are laughing about it, you might want to check with them again.
