Any opinion about Paritz & Company that ABAT have retained?

No. I usually don't dig that deep when it comes to auditors because frankly it's a waste of time. It's just that I noticed the connection and Crowe Horwath came to my attention a couple of times.

I would expect more interest in their stock price after today's announcement which shows that they are still trying and not totally dark.
Or is it more time wasting tactics?

Well, I told you guys to stay away from that stock. It's too risky. But maybe you'll get lucky. And maybe I will take a bite myself at some point. But it will be a small bite.

I sent someone an email today. Someone who is more in the know about these things and who has been much closer to the company in the past. I asked him why he thinks ABAT hasn't been deregistered yet because so many other companies have been. He says there are about 2,000 companies that are violating securities law by not reporting and he thinks it could simply be a matter of time. So that's the risk, you see. So I don't think today's news (8-k) was good news.
