The Ebola breakout in these 3 country's in West Africa where they were not prepared to deal with it, has put the fear of God into the rest of the world. The good that comes from this is the development of treatment's and vaccine's that has been accelerated will soon be available. Unfortunately at the cost of many 1000's of lives.

It's very unfortunate that all these people had to die and it is because they did not understand the nature of the disease. It is actually difficult to contract if precautions are taken as has been shown by the fact that the folks from the apartment that Jerry Brown was staying in did not get Ebola.

Education and along with some common sense precautions which have been lacking will beat this outbreak. Nigeria is a testament to that. Vaccines in the near future will aid tremendously...
