Take away the name "Mayo Clinic", and what is left to be excited about? Understand the penny stocks business (a scheme to relieve people of their money by throwing out a carrot) is a way of life for some "entrepreneurs?". A penny company teams up with name(doctor) at such companies as Mayo, Abbott Labs, etc., with some kind of agreement. The penny company uses the Mayo/Abbott name/doctor to promote their stock. Then name/doctor is provided opportunity to make money from this agreement by shorting on the news, because they know there is really nothing to the released news or some such concoction.

This you can figure out for yourselves if you have spent any time around pennies.
