Just want to say that this auditor has made a good impression on me.

1) They did a good job with XNY and ZA (Both NYSE listed), validated cash amongst other things.

2) They resigned from ALTI recently. And rightfully so because the company is a freaking mess.

3) Grant Thornton resigned from CCCL. I don't know what the hell happened here but I think they overreacted. They said CCCL should do an independent internal investigation. Nonsense... said CCCL. Management hired Crowe Horwath, filed audited results and regained compliance with Nasdaq. Now, this was a close one. And I have seen it before. You can't have these auditors resign on you for no good reason. So Crowe Horwath got the job done.

Make a note Peter. ECAB.
Just in case we need a new auditor.
