As long as they can get over the hump of reverse splits they will be ok.

The thing that bothers me is they have 3.75 billion outstanding with only 374 million in the float.

Does anyone know who is holding all those outstanding shares?

By the way,,,3 is gonna be a tough nut to crack and nbg is gonna rest there for awhile, me thinks. But you never know.
