In my oponion Landau, the scammer,is selling nothing. The volume
of shares traded are wash trades to keep the ticker active and give impression the stock is still "living" when in actually it is and has and will contine to be dead until he either sells the shell or digs in his pocket and BUYS a run after releasing a
"STORY" in a press release. imo
