I wouldn't say I was bashing at all. I just like to state the other side of nuvilex. All I see is reposts upon reposts of PRs no talk about the incredibly high outstanding shares (over 700,000,000 if I'm correct)
Think about it who would buy nuvilex at 1$ per share???

when it comes to the millions upon millions of restricted stock under .04. I still think that's quite suspicious.

No one wants to talk about the incredible amount of money given to the board members.

I don't like Kenneth Waggoner one bit. If you look at his history in the past 10 years he's been living off penny stock comp money of companies that turned out to be shams Read about trussnet, and chinatel.

I still don't know how he became CEO of nuvilex. His only connect to this company is Tim Matula. They both worked at VelaTel. Weird thing about that is before Ken came over there was a big spike in their pps. Hmm

Another thing I don't like is Chardan Capital. Mainly because it's almost as if Tim knows Kerry Propper or someone over there pretty well. They give LIVE deal an atm deal and then a few months later give the same to Nuvilex. Just doesn't seem like NVLX earned it. Another thing I should throw in there is that The group that Kerry runs with has been in the trouble in the past. He himself and his father have been named and convicted in federal cases. Most they had to do was pay back millions of dollars but one of their guys got a few years.

It might not mean much. Who knows just looks ugly for the company. I like my stocks to not have such crap like that around them.

Ken must've thought the same or at least knew us talking about that affected the pps. So you can give me a check mark for that.

You could argue that that's in the past and now there are scientists on the board. Okay yeah but it seems like they're there to make sure things are getting done. From looking at filings Austrianova kinda has a tight grasp around nvlx. If nvlx messes around too much that exclusive rights is gone. Not to mention Austrianova has a 10-20% royalty on everything too. Bovarian Nordic (sp) I think has some royalty percentage too.

I'm also skeptical in the technology. We're calling this successful after 2 phases involving 24 patients. I don't think the FDA would even accept that.

Do I think there's a chance? Yes.
More than 25%? Nah

Even then management created a black hole for revenue
