In the case of Sarissa the Company performance History is "questionable" in many respects. The new President has provided a Plan. However the Company has announced many of these same items before and not followed through.

Is this time different? We all want to believe it is!

I for one am very willing to see where the process leads but that does not preclude me from providing an opinion as that process proceeds down the road.

It may be counter to some others beliefs / opinions but that does not make them wrong.
