And correct me if I am wrong, but I believe a convicted felon can't be a officer in a publicly held company much less run the company. Isn't that true?
That's why Blackburn runs Treaty from behind the curtain and uses crooked puppets like Tesarski, Reid and Gwyn as front men... And also why there are few public documents that show his involvement with Treaty. BUT they are there and have been posted many times. Blackburn is mentioned in many of the lawsuits for fraud and as recently as this past May.
There are also folks like Michael Mulshine, Rick Weyand, Morris Kahn, Peter Thiessend and Bernie Woodward who behind the scenes do Blackburns dirty work...
