Lawsuits can take years

To be settled. I am sure Private Label is in no hurry to fork out millions of
dollars, nor is their insurance company.

If I were HJOE I wouldn't go for the grand slam judgement, I would go for a hefty
,fair, out of court settlement and use the money to grow this big time. 40-50% less could
actually benefit the company short and long term.

But, this could drag on for a long time.
