To be quite honest LMU, the litigation is rather tedious and no doubt taking a lot of time and energy away from the CEO to get the card ready and on the market and is too much of a distraction.
If the latest information from Duke is correct then surely all efforts should be concentrated on getting the finance and subsequent product to market.
When the contracts come, we will all be happy. First things first.
