Whatever the source of the big blocks, clearly some entities are rapidly scooping up shares. I think the intent is to place a large % of shares into attached hands, maintaining solid control.

Preferred shares are being bandied about so, you can bet the new majority is going to have EVERYTHING at their disposal to push this stem cell technology forward with key players.
