The OTC Short Report is a known paid pump website. They even disclose they are. The numbers that they call "short" are COMMON TRADE IMBALANCES from NORMAL trading.

The OTC Market website, which FINRA oversees, is where the "true" short interest is displayed. As of September 30th their is zero short interest in USEI.
