Imo, this is precisely the way funds normally accumulate. That 500K shares fixed price purchase was a special case. Block orders of 20k-30k shares at a limit price transact in many small chunks. I think we're seeing a mix of retail and inst.

I'd offer you advice, but I just don't care about your money, unless you give me money to care about your money. I might even be tricking you with the above post...
