ETrade is only showing 5 billion shares outstanding, I believe this was at 9 Billion last I checked even on Etrade. I notice there was an amended statement of ownership that to me looks like Redwood Fund II, LLC no longer has any shares or partial ownership of PMCM. Are my thoughts on this correct or have I misunderstood something here?

Did Redwood Fund II, LLC recoup their investment into PMCM?
