Comments: Mr.Paul Sorkin can you tell us investors why your company is diluting this stock so much it's on the verge of being worthless and will not attract new investors..We as investors just don't understand your logic there is absolutely no volume on your company stock.nobody is interested in this stock because of the dilution where here to invest not give you are money...Haven't you's learned anything when your ticker symbol was IVIT you's had so many outstanding shares you had to do a 2000 to 1 split i hope a reverse split is not in your game plan..cause something just not right.....we are tired of loosing money on supposedly a profitable company....We are going to file a complaint with the SEC for a investigation..

We understand your frustration and hate the lower stock price more than anyone but we have been one of the most transparent pink sheet companies and have shown and explained to our shareholders exactly what was invested by debt holders multiple years ago and what negotiations we have had over the years to agree with them on a balanced approach towards issuing them around 100 million shares per quarter to reduce and eventually eliminate their debt. Keep in mind they could legally force us to issue significantly more shares in a shorter time period but they have agreed to cooperate with us to avoid hurting the stock more. They don’t make money if the stock goes down so they want it to go up as well. We updated the otc markets share structure Aug 1 to show we did what we said we would do and the company hasn’t sold any shares directly to receive any money directly. These note holders invested multiple years ago (some of them over 5 years ago) and are just trying to get their original investment back – with hopefully a small profit.
We have absolutely no plans or desires to do a reverse split at this time and we hope to share our story with more potential shareholders to let more people do their own DD and hopefully build our support during the next few months to hopefully get to where we were or above but as you know the market has been pretty crazy and sometimes things don’t make a lot of sense.
The Q2 report is due by Aug 15th and we will be releasing our full detailed financials and disclosures before that deadline so everyone can see the details to do their own DD.
As for filing an investigation, you are obviously able to do anything you would like to do, but keep in mind we have already answered questions and shown documentation to the SEC, FINRA and DTC in the past to prove anything and everything people were concerned with so any future investigations would not show anything different and could potentially crush the stock in the short-term and hurt all the shareholders significantly more in the short-term as we have to prove our case. We would come out of it ok since we are a profitable company that is not selling shares to bring in capital to survive like most pick sheet companies in the long-term and since we have never done anything wrong the company would be ok but the short-term shareholders could potentially be crushed.
