You're wrong if you believe I have ever tried to get leverage in this situation. If you were to see everything that has transpired you would see proof beyond any doubt that I have always and only ever required compliance with the spirit and the letter of the law.
Complying with regulation has caused me very significant inconvenience and expense, but the alternative is to do precisely what you said: become an active participant and co-conspirator in wrongful acts of deception and fraud.
If there is no way to grow a business except to engage in fraud and deception then it isn't much of a business and perhaps it should not exist.
