Cree (NASDAQ:CREE): FQ1 EPS of $0.24 misses by $0.12.
Revenue of $427.6M (+9% Y/Y) misses by $5M, but is close to guidance of $428M (provided in Cree's FQ1 warning).
Expects FQ2 revenue of $400M-$420M and EPS of $0.20-$0.24, below a consensus of $452M and $0.39.
