Pres46, FPFI O/S has increased by 84 million in the last 2 weeks;

If they are traunches the shares would have to be sold immediately to avoid having to file a Form 4 for over 9.99% ownership.

Everybody invested or interested in FPFI should know who is getting all this stock.
