Angel has recently shared with me that a RS is not in play here

did he share with anyone else? Like all the rest of his shareholders? Did he "promise" not to reverse split?

the updated registration tells me that Angel continues to get his house in order

"continues" at a snail's pace, like 1 room every 6 months and it's a 16 room boarding house, by the time he "gets the house in order" they will foreclose. Besides, I thought it was "clearing the runway for takeoff" .... budgenius never got off the ground after all this time, not optimistic about genius biohazard either
