Great news about funding for DNA based mAB production against infectious diseases, similar to what INO has already done with Chikungunya virus:

I always wondered if ZMapp antibodies work against Ebola but they are having production issues, why not just give INO's DNA for the anti-Ebola antibodies, and have the patients make the antibodies themselves (instead of producing them via genetic engineering in tobacco plants outside the body)?
