Nothing is wrong with the company..It's the rapidly increasing shares outstanding that spooks it.. Remember Just because the stock is lower doesn't change the conversions.. They still are made at 20% below the market so the lower it goes the more shares they get the more shares they have to sell.. $0.000's before year end on just tax selling alone.. hank
