Not sure of the exact date of this recent promo however PPS and market cap about where it's been hovering last week.

Being bought out for their user base claimed to be 350,000 with a 10% conversion rate to paid subscribers clearly seems the goal:

Excerpt from the promo:

So What makes Ihookup Social a good long term investment and What to expect in the near future for $HKUP?

Americans spend 82 billion each year in dating activities and dating sites and apps are now a billion dollar business. In our opinion, HKUP is undervalued with its modest $450,000.00 market cap $HKUP.

1. IAC buys 10% of Tinder for 50m making the app a 500m valuation with more than 15m free users. Ihookup Social has more than 350k users and the CEO claims a 10% conversion to subscription.

2. IAC recently acquired Howaboutwe in a transaction where they didn’t reveal the price. However it is obvious that with more than 2.5 millions of free users they paid more than 27.8 millions that Howaboutwe had invested in Ventures Capitals.

P. S.
Still huge bid @near record lows, maybe shorts covering, I was going to dump but have to actively watch and see by the hour.
POSSIBLY the approval for R/S was just a pro-active measure in case it's needed like how they got approval for the A/S to some crazy 20BIL but haven't used it.

3. Zooks and Line IPO’s the first filled for a 100 IPO million and the the second filled for a 10 billion IPO.

4.The sector is dominated by two companies, owners of the major dating brands . These companies are IAC Interactive Corp (IACI) owner of Match.com,Ok Cupid, Howaboutwe and 10% of Tinder and Sparks Networks. (LOV) owner of Jdate and Christian Mingle. Look at their current PPS and charts. These are the only companies trading in the dating sector right now. - See more at: http://stockpromoters.com/gmessage.aspx?message_id=112454#sthash.2jGWYgca.dpuf

Yes lots of people forget to cancel Apps like this, also I've read some reviews saying they get billed anyway after they try, however that is just hearsay so let's assume it's like with gift cards that go unused, money left on the table.

IF the company manages to get more four-wall retailers, coffee shops and bars and so on where people can meet signed on for ad's, this has potential for real revenue growth. Anyway I think they'll keep trying for at least another year or two, hoping to be bought out for their user base by a bigger company perhaps. Oversold.
