Haven't been here long and don't hold any shares. Going by the DD I have done and comments from a poster on this board. He may be a man of integrity, but that does not make incompetent mutually exclusive. It appears that the DOE shut off funds because he was not making the necessary reports to keep the funding. At least that is what I think I remember from reading the financials (10K & 10Q's).
There is a lot that goes on that no one knows about. How many construction contracts were given to friends and relatives? We will never know that. Nothing wrong with that if the people that got the contracts are competent and were not over charging. Seems the DOE has pumped a lot of money into this (these) projects.
Hope all works out. But, Tarpon is a real Red Flag. Tarpon, NIR and a bunch of the same ilk are to be avoided at all costs. Asher is a prince in comparison.
