The "when" is an important question, and I agree it is what most investors want to know. However, that 2 week run up will be traders, and I am not interested in traders. I am interested in what comes after and those who chase the true potential as they are the ones who will cause the price to rise permanently.

My key question: "what is the hold up?" They are confident they will meet their milestones by the end of the year. This has been confirmed in emails, phone calls, at presentations, etc... multiple times by many board members. Yet, something is holding up releasing the data and final plans. I believe some of our delays this summer were caused by the way the FDA labeled the PD1 approval. There has been plenty of time to react to that. Tell me what they are waiting for and I believe you will understand both the potential reward and the answer to when.
