who's gonna buy on the open market now ?

I heard someone was proposing 1/2 price restricted TECO shares

This caught the attention of many here, anf of course the info was immediately relayed to the SEC, this would be a serious blow to TECO if true.

Maxed out shares and still selling restricted...
