As you can see, the parties have come to a settlement agreement, and are waiting for the judge to sign off on it. As you'll see, it involves the issuance of quite a lot of shares. Those shares will be free trading upon issuance.

I haven't read the whole thing with attention, but there's some kind of provision intended to prevent a sudden dramatic selloff at ever-lower prices. Given the fact that the stock's already at 0.0001, I doubt it'll make much difference.
