Parsons doing the math on settlement this week

Wouldn't it be wise for Siga to settle ASAP. Should be a nice settlement going by the guidelines Parsons gave the companies. Guidelines which led Siga to file Chapter 11 so that settlement doesn't send them into liquidation and giving up rights to Tecovirimat.

Siga could appeal. Remember the 'bad faith' lecture the Delaware Supreme Court gave them last time. It was also the Supreme Court that sent the case back to Parsons with the recommendation to make a decision following LATS terms and expectation damages.

Markets hate stocks locked up in legal disputes. The legal dispute holding this one down is nearing it's end.
