Sometimes doing nothing is saying something.

As of October 21st 2014 no S1 filed, which would make an IPO virtually impossible due to time constraints with holidays in the near future.

And

NO form D filed as of yet. All the funding supplied to Telogis surely was not all done in one lump sum in October of 2013, which suggests a private company of this size would need a form D for 2014 this year also. They did file one early October last year....but if one was to RM.....no need for a form D.

Unexpected volume, not a ton but unexpected. Time will tell, no information by mid November then starts to works against us.
