If there was a deal that made a material financial difference to the company and investor decisions, financial regulations would require them to publicly disclose it in a timely manner. Could they have entered into such a deal within the last week or two - possibly. Could they have entered into such a deal within the last month or two - extremely unlikely. That is what I base my assumptions on. The probability is that they do not yet have a deal in Hawaii currently. They may well be in serious talks with one or more parties in Hawaii. I really hope so. I do think that their having a relations with HARC is a good thing. I am invested in the company so I do want it to do well. But lets face it, everything takes longer to happen then we would like.
