Lets see what the Plaintiffs answer in the 2nd amended complaint and then we'll(Defendants) try and get the Order Granting Motion tossed, with a Motion to Dismiss;After we answer our Answers and Counterclaims!!.

They(legal counsel) knows there's NO CASE; It's an uphill battle!!.
Their only defense is to go in front of the court and the Judge that granted the motion for the Plaintiffs, to amend the original complaint for a second time,and BEG!!.
How does it feel to want!!.

It's so laughable, the court acted quickly to set the date for the hearing for Motion to Dismiss, on the same day the Defendants submitted their cry for help!!.
