There's significant acrimony. He still holds a large position. You really don't think those 30 million or so he owns were voted "for" anything management wanted? OK, but I don't think he did anything to "help" the vote in mgmt's direction. He would have stuck it to the entire minority, without a second thought. You read the MTA, you saw that in the event of a bankruptcy he got it all. Why wouldn't he want a bankruptcy? And the only way to force that hand is to do everything that mgmt doesn't want. Mgmt is going to want the company to keep going. Even if the cynic says only to pay their salaries, when the downside for Visser seeing the company going under was getting it all, with no one to answer to, but himself. At this point, there is no reason for him to vote "yes" on anything when he is now a competitor who doesn't want to lose any starting edge he had and the more he can muck up the works, the better for Barney because it's all about Barney. JMO.
