MM's just go with the flow. They can't fight momentum longer term and surely can't stop the up-listing if news continues to be good for CTIX.

They do exaggerate minor swings to their advantage and give plenty of head fakes. But beyond that they are just scalping their bid/ask advantage. Especially on quiet stocks.

Thousands of stocks out there, they're not going to conspire to prevent one from uplisting.

Plus, CTIX is no longer quiet. The 1 penny bid/ask shows that there are plenty of them active in CTIX now, and a tight spread like a listed stock.

This is very normal price action at a key psychological resistance line. IMO we should enjoy this tight price action at this high price, not worry at it.
