MUST READ its not a ? of rather IF this is a good company (which I believe it is QR activity is more than it has ever been Medical, Retail, Payment, Government , etc) its more about who is in control , YA in this case, so when you buy shares your really buying into YA not NEOM ...

just trying save good investors a few $ here ..

YA has made no attempt or do anything that involves benefits to shareholders, never has and I don't expect them to do it..

FOR as long as YA wants common stock it means they their only interest is selling shares no value for the company...

Now what NEOM needed from the start was more ANGEL investors LONG TERM, and not a CEO that is draining the company , that money should be used to grow the company....
ebay, microsoft, etc never took a salary this big when the company was in developing stages ...
