Solms is schooling fatso on how to run a company , fatso had plenty of time to learn from his mistakes and correct them but he never did . Hiring competent able people is required but so is making sure they do their job I think that that will be one of Pattons responsibilities overseeing and managing day to day operations and hopefully a much larger operation soonish .

I was in the service and being in a leadership position is no guarantee of quality, there are good and there are incompetent there are those that deserve to be in that position and those that were put in positions for unholy or wrong reasons and don't belong there kinda like fatso was put in charge of wave with zero qualifications and who had incompetent leadership skills throughout his unholy reign of terror on the shareholders.

I think this was a great move by Solms and again proves he is much smarter than fatso HE'S HIRING QUALITY PEOPLE TO HELP HIM RUN THE COMPANY INSTEAD OF TRYING TO DO IT ALL BY HIMSELF. AND if he has to hire an ex military man to get government contracts that also proves he's smarter than fatso . Know and learn what needs to be done to get those business deals done and do it , HIRE THE RIGHT PEOPLE YOU IDIOT ! Something Solms said , which basically wave failed to do previously when trying to get those government deals .
And learn the right processes again a failure of wave previously.

So I see this as Solms putting the pieces together to get those government deals signed sealed and delivered

But with wave seeing it is necessary to believe it after all the deceit
