One has the herd primed for the next P&D. Preferably a paid promo. The interesting question is whether the insiders having continued to dump at 003 to 002, will allow retail sellers to soak up any paid promo bids coming in at 004 to 006? Why should the insiders sell at 002-003, pay for a promo, and then have to compete with traders going for a 100% flip trade? Instead dump at 002-003 with the increased volume as the reward for the paid promo. No competition from retail traders, who would be waiting for the PPS to go up. If the price slides slightly below 002, the insiders could dump into those "averaging down". Yet more volume. How will they play the game...
