NO!!!!!! Institutions will invest in this with the MAN holding 90%+ of all the shares. It gives them no leverage to make changes, offer suggestions, etc... The old man is just setting it all up for his kids because they can't do it themselves...

This was the only way for him to make big bucks without doing any real work, starting a product, etc... He is just sucking in suckers...

It will be impossible now to trade shares because no one is going to buy them, other than rochon, because as he buys them up, with the companies own money, he will take over full control and make it private again buying out all unsuspecting share holders, Tami, etc...

In other words, he can do whatever he wants and doesn't have to ask a sole... Just pay them their share amount in funds and see ya... So many if's...
