How LUCKY and FORTUNATE WE SHAREHOLDERS are.

1 THE boot brothers will go to jail and NEVER DEFEND the lawsuit they filed.

2 MW does NOT have to file ANY filings with the SEC as the SOLE OFFICER and DIRECTOR of IFUS.

3 MW does NOT have to remove "patent pending" on products (as MW and RW ABANDONED the IFUS patent some time ago.)

4 THAT the boot brothers will lose their legal case (as filed AGAINST OUR Company) and PAY large amounts to IFUS, as damages.

5 IFUS will NEVER go BANKRUPT (as MW's did in 2013)

6 IFUS does NOT need any product liability insurances - or ANY insurances.

7 IFUS does NOT have to withhold federal income taxes on wages paid (as identified in the 2013 financials) to employees.

8 THAT MW and RW are honorable, trustworthy and EXCELLENT managers of IFUS.

9. That SHAREHOLDERS will file a "class action" lawsuit against the boot brothers.
