What is very interesting is the stock wants to go up and does at the beginning of each day. It stalls and then someone or some people dump a fairly large number of shares seemingly below the bid. I do not have L2 so do not know for sure, but the MMs seem to be able to come in there and sweep up the crumbs.

I guess they have not seen the news or they do not think SAVI can come through with the delivery.

Time will tell.
